(KSDK) -- Three people were charged Thursday with hate crimes for allegedly spraying hate-filled graffiti, according to the Collinsville Police Department.
Police said they charged Ray J. Parker, 32, of Glen Carbon; Kimberly D. Stobaugh, 19, of Glen Carbon and Collinsville; and Daniel J. Burns, 34, of Collinsville.
Detectives linked the three to a March 16 incident concerning vandalism and graffiti.
The suspects were charged with two counts of a hate crime (a Class 4 felony). Bond was set at $20,000 each for Stobaugh and Burrus, and $30,000 for Parker, by a Madison County judge.
