Fort Lauderdale, FL (WPLG/CNN) - Some passengers were grumbling today when the Ruby Princess cruise ship arrived at Port Everglades.

A norovirus made many of them sick while at sea.

A woman onboard the Ruby Princess cruise ship who did not want to be identified on camera still wanted to tell her story after she was infected with a gastrointestinal virus.

"No accommodations for how horrible it was nobody from the crew bothered to say they were sorry," she said.

She was just one of 92 passengers who got sick during their cruise. But others say the crew members did the best they could even over doing it in their opinions.

"We couldn't touch anything," said passenger Darren Winegar.

"Sometimes it seemed a little over done because you had to sterilize your hands as soon as you went in to eat and once you sterilized it they still wouldn't let you touch," said passenger Teresa Winegar.

The outbreak of the norovirus also spread to the Crown Princess with a reported 150 sick passengers and crew members.

The cruise line says as soon as people began reporting their illness, the crews stepped up cleaning procedures.

The sick were quarantined, while remaining passengers were asked to be cautious.

"I think they did an excellent job. They told you not to touch any surfaces so that left me hugging my wife," said passenger Dick Rupert.
