ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - It was a day of dancing for students with disabilities at the Demetrious Johnson Charitable Foundation Center.
The center helped host a special prom for students of Gateway High School's autism department.
The foundation's mission is to help better the lives of inner city youth.
Many of Friday's prom attendees also work at the center once a week to gain experience.
This is the second year the center and school have teamed up to host a spring dance for students with disabilities.
