Recipe for their famous Cap'n Crunch Shrimp

 

1 cup of crushed Cap'n Crunch Cereal

1/2 cup of tempuar flour

Six 16/20 shrimp peeled, deveined and butterflied

buttermilk for wet batter

cajun seasoning

 

mix the cereal and flour for breading

season shrimp with cajun seasoning
